Miudoku Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DarkBeeLabs Ltd ("DarkBeeLabs", "we", "us") handles information when you play Miudoku (the "Game") on iOS or Android. If you have questions, contact us at darkbeelabs@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Playing as a guest. Your progress (level, coins, unlocked videos, streaks) and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
Signing in with Google or Apple (optional). If you choose to sign in, we receive and store:
- an account identifier, and the name and email address shared by Google or Apple (Apple lets you hide your email; we then receive a private relay address);
- your game progress: level, coins, hints, reveals, unlocked videos, daily streaks and challenge progress.
We use this only to save your progress and restore it when you sign in on another device.
Advertising. The free version of the Game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device model and approximate location, in order to show, measure and limit ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK) we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.
Purchases. Premium subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm which purchases are active; RevenueCat receives purchase records and an anonymous or account identifier.
Basic technical data. Our service providers may process basic technical data (such as device type, operating system and crash information) to run and secure their services.
2. How we use information
- to provide the Game and save and sync your progress;
- to show ads in the free version and to provide Premium to subscribers;
- to keep the Game working, secure and free of abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account data for advertising.
3. Service providers
We rely on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (sign-in and cloud save), data stored in Singapore: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob (ads): policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- RevenueCat (purchase status): revenuecat.com/privacy
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store): apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google (Google Sign-In, Google Play): policies.google.com/privacy
4. Your choices
- Ads personalisation: on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads; on iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Premium removes ads entirely.
- Sign out at any time from the Game's Settings. Your progress is saved to your account first and cleared from the device.
5. Deleting your account and data
In the Game, open Settings > Delete account. This immediately deletes your account and your cloud save, and resets the Game on your device. If you sign in again later, you start with a brand-new account.
If you can no longer open the Game, email darkbeelabs@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days. Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are handled under their own policies; subscriptions must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our cloud database straight away.
7. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including Singapore and the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
